2. Be sure to ask directions to nearby restaurants or have the complimentary hotel shuttle take you there (tip them well- they are great folks)- this is because the hotel's location is awkward (if you know downtown Houston you know what I mean).

4. As soon as we walked in the hotel we were upgraded to a better room w/ a posturepedic memory foam mattress, (this alone was so worth it), complimentary sound spa cd and a small kit w/eye mask and lavender linen spray.
