3. The hotel provides free of charge shuttle if you need to go somewhere within a certain area around the hotel; you just need to ask a valet for it.

4. We went to a Houston Rockets game at the Toyota Center and all we had to do was call when the game let out and the shuttle was there to pick us up free-of-charge (minus a deserved tip to the driver) and drop us back at the hotel.
