I was greeted immediately upon walking in the the lobby, and throughout the speedy check-in process, the desk clerk (who I actually think was a manager of some sort based on his attire) adressed me by name and asked about my day and my plans for the stay, sounding genuinely intested and offering tips where appropriate.

9. I called to get a refund on the parking charge, since we paid to get out and was told that the Manager was very busy and could not speak with me but if I wanted to come by the valet desk and leave a note I could do that.
