1. This is an older hotel, evident by the very spacious and large lobby as well as other public areas.

5. Hotel is clean and well maintained, the lobby opens up into a Peets Coffee, and the Yard House, so there is no problem getting coffee early or enjoying a late night meal if you are arriving on a late flight into Denver.
