1. If you can get upgraded to the lounge floor for a reasonable charge, it's worth it for the breakfast.

2. My only complaint is that this hotel, like many hotels, continues to charge extortionate phone rates for use of the phones: They more than double the 'ATT operator assisted day rates', which translates to $20 for a one minute long-distance call, along with absurd rates for local calls.

3. This is no knock on the Sheraton specifically, because all the fancy conference hotels charge you for things like internet access these days, but honestly -- does it have to be this way.
