1. We had a beautiful room, two large fluffy beds, two closets, a walk-in leading to the bathroom.

It would be great if you were sharing a room with a few people--plenty of room for multiple adolescent girls to simultaneously primp and prep, for example, and the closet was basically as big as a room with its own door so it would be perfect to set up a pack and play and give you a little separation you from a kid/baby.

When I got to my club floor room, there was no sign of where the lounge was, nor the fact that you can access it 24 hours a day; I had to call downstairs for the wifi password (nothing in the room suggested that it was included with the club room and available in the lounge); and despite being a room booked for two, there was just one bathrobe hanging in the closet.
