5. Our conference facilities were great and when my television stations were a bit blurry one evening, the engineer came within 5 minutes and because he couldn't fix it to his standards (the satellite was effected by the weather) he gave me complimentary breakfast the next day.

It says on their website free breakfast and parking (apparently not with Aeromiles, and this is not stated on their web-site, so imagine my frustration that I had assumed that it would be free, I would have chosen a different hotel that offers Free Breakfast and Parking!) My friend made a quck phone call telling her to call her back it took a total of seconds.

8. While I won't deny this place is super swank and the energy of downtown Denver is exhilarating, I would much rather be in a smaller building with free wifi and a free breakfast or AT LEAST free hot beverage bar.
