1. We were able to walk to the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Museum of Modern Art, the Capitol, the Convention Center, many great eating places and Confluence Park.

3. Yes it is an average three star hotel, with three star rooms and facilities (it does now need some modernising), however it is very close to ameneties such as the 16th Street Mall and a reasonable walk from the pepsi centre.
