3. Not only did we get a king at no additional charge we asked for a good view and got a corner room on the top (22nd) floor.

4. They will stand outside your room and wait for you to be loud and then call the Denver PD to haul you away, take your belongings and charge you for the room.

5. Peraps paying for parking at city hotels is common, but I'd suggest that travel online make that significant extra charge clear in your promotions.

8. Was given room on 22nd floor - not enormous but more than adequate with queen bed, good writing desk and chair etc. and the best broadband service (you can get both wired and wireless) I have ever had in a hotel - or anywhere else for that matter - at no additional charge.
