1. Housekeeping seemed rushed as spilled coffee grounds on the desk never got wiped up and I could never really tell if the sheets were changed (not a problem) or if the bed was just remade.

4. As for hotel cleanliness, I would give this a 3 out of 5: mis-matched faded towels, threadbare sheets, mold in bathroom, but otherwise fairly clean.
