1. I cleaned the top of the tile in the shower, it was coated with black residue, which I think was dust, hopefully not mold.

6. --tell front desk to send security (who did arrive promptly, and knew enough to stay close by to deal w another disruption)--if you can't go back to sleep, listen to the drunks next door take their showers and argue since the noise comes through--wait 2hrs before you drift back to sleep--wake up irritable.
