4. comfortable beds and linens, nice bath accessories, coffee/tea selections in the room etc. However, you go across the street to use a gym as there are no facilities in the hotel, and there is no pool.

10. I know many smaller rooms in historic properties are like this, but when making a reservation, you may want to inquire about the availability of a room with a larger bath.
