The hotel has a lot of character and opportunity to be pampered- with a cool cigar
bar
, AMAZING champagne Sunday brunch, live music in the atrium, and great spa.

Any place that welcomes cigar smokers is a welcome place to a cigar smoker, and the environment and

here do not disappoint.

The nautical-themed
bar
was packed and pretty wild on Friday night, but in an old fashioned, classy kind of way, with an old upright piano and somebody belting out show tunes with lots of people singing along.

The two exception is the friendly servers at the Ships resturant/
bar
and the maitre d' at Elingtons - should run the hotel.

The rooms are much better decorated, the lobby is not to be compared, the
bar
is far superior offering a much better menu and the afternoon tea is not to be surpassed unless you leave the US.
