1. As a Starwood Platinum member we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, which had beautiful views of the city, three bathrooms and a sauna.

5. I go back downstairs and say that this isn't going to work - the girl there said there are only two rooms available, that one and a suite upstairs that she tells me has a hideaway bed in it as the only bed.

My only negative remark would be that the internet was almost $10.00 for a 24 hour period, if I had paid full price for the hotel I would have been disgruntled (I realize that this is the way in many better hotels but if the Days Inn can offer free wifi, you would believe higher dollar hotels would follow suit).

10. She pulled another attendant over, and after some fiddling with the computer told us that the hotel was sold out (they gave away our room because of our late check in and "online check in" was apparently useless), but that she could give us a room connected to the presidential suite.
