1. Sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel as it is WAY over priced and WAY too outdated and the services leaves MUCH to be desired.

Perhaps if you're a hotel connossieur that demands the absolute finest in every way, this isn't the hotel for you, but if you want a clean, exceptionally comfortable hotel with outstanding service and a large amount of convenient ammenities then I would recommend this Sheraton without any hesitation.

6. Recommend they rename it Club Darby's, install a disco ball, and provide ear plugs to hotel patrons, or get a manager who can control their guys gone wild.

9. I would recommend that if the staff is not going to fuss about customer service (and meanwhile chat with other staff), the hotel should try free coffee in the morning as a standard, with the specialty drinks reserved for a fee at the Capitol Square Coffee Connection.
