We paid full price for the hotel ($200/night) through a third party, which when we complained to the manager about the hall of screaming drunk teenagers, he simply stated that if we had purchased the room directly through the hotel he could have moved us to the restricted club suites for $20 more, but we did not and thus we stayed up all night listening to our neighbors slam doors and run to and from each others rooms.
