1. We wanted to request a late checkout which we knew was a long shot due to how busy they were and at first, we were denied, though given I did call around 4pm which is the busiest time for the front desk due to check-ins taking this into consideration, we asked a second time later on in the evening, which the friendly concierge was able to grant with ease.

6. Front desk guy upgraded me for no reason to a club level room; EVERYONE to a person was warm and genuine, and went out of their way to be helpful, from the bellmen and housekeepers, to the concierge, to the bartenders.
