10. Long story short, the same thing happens at 3PM, then 3:30 --- WHY WON'T THEY JUST BE HONEST UP-FRONT AND TELL PEOPLE 'YOU CANNOT CHECK IN UNTIL 4PM'?2 hours killed just waiting in their dumpy lobby and checking back.
