1. When we checked in - the room was not ready and I asked when it would be - the woman at the desk told me I was being aggressive - fially they found a room and she handed me the key in silence - when we checked out they gave us someeone else's bill - I had been looking forward to our visit and was very disppointed with the people and would never return.
