1. the room was nicely furnnished, the bed was comfortable, there were eco friendly choices in regards to bedding and bath needs, the shower spray was strong.

2. When I arrived at my room, late at night, I found a half-empty bottle of wine and half-full wine glass on the bedside table, and both the hand and bath soaps were obviously used.

3. I left a note by the wine, and it was removed the next day, but no new soap, and housekeeping removed the bath mat but didn`t leave another.
