1. We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, and the adjacent gym facilities (at the YMCA) were a great added benefit.

2. A big plus for the hotel is the on-site YMCA gym, absolutely brilliant with 2 basket ball courts, free weights, mechanical weights, running track and swimming pool.
