1. My employer took care of my bill, but I didn't use any of the facilities like the pool or internet because there was a cost.

5. It kept stalling, requiring me to restart, enrolling twice, etc. I complained at checkout about it (at no time did I ask for my money back) and the front desk person saved the day by removing it from the bill.

6. So we don't get to check in when they say, they don't give us the room we requested, the hotel gets to bill two separate people for the same room on the same day, and we spent lots of money in the hotel bar while we wait.

10. Since the room was a surprise gift from my Father, we arranged *with the concierge, a very friendly and helpful young woman* for all of our food and drink to be billed to our card and the tab payed upon check-out.
