1. There are undoubtedly better hotels in town, but the Millennium Harvest House has all the services you're likely to need in a good location and at a reasonable cost (especially if you pay for it through Priceline, etc.).

The bedding was great (feather down comforter and pillows), the room was clean (checked for bedbugs), the customer service excellent (they were aware of these negative reviews), and the breakfast buffet fantastic (lots of hot, great-quality tasty foods (bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc) and great offerings of yogurt, homemade granola, fruit, pastries.

6. I am have conflicted feelings about this hotel, The service staff were very pleasant and helpful, but the hotel was really starting to look run down (cloudy water in the pool, stopped up drain in the tub, dirty carpet, etc.) I *had* to use this hotel.
