1. There are undoubtedly better hotels in town, but the Millennium Harvest House has all the services you're likely to need in a good location and at a reasonable cost (especially if you pay for it through Priceline, etc.).

2. The only reason I give this hotel 2 instead of 1 is that the staff is helpful, friendly and nice, the location is good (albeit on a main drag, near strip malls and a Safeway) AND I paid a very low price on priceline.

10. I like to splurge on a nice hotel with my kids occasionally, although in a good location for downtown Boulder, close to many restaurants and stores, this hotel has seen better days.
