1. Right next to the noisy elevators, directly above the bar/club where the music thumped away past 12:30am and when you open the door to your patio, there's a lovely 6' tall picket fence hiding the view of all the mechanical equipment.

2. The room had a small patio, which would have been nice, except that it faced the air conditioning unit, which was littered with beer containers and cigaratte butts and was incredibly loud.

3. The patio could have used a good sweeping and if the table/chairs had been wiped down and the a/c unit in front of it had been cleaned up I wouldn't have minded it at all.

4. Although the inside of the hotel is slightly old, rooms satisfactory-but beds/airconditioner, etc are showing their age, the outside waterfall, large patio area make this a wonderful place to stay while in Boulder.

5. It is big and sprawling with an amazing patio facing onto the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and Boulder creek.

7. There is a indoor lap pool, an outdoor patio pool and the hotel is situated right next to Boulder creek for a wonderful walking path.
