1. Room was huge, TV old, bathroom old but the location was great for a visit to the University.

7. However, the room, especially the carpet and bathroom, need big updates in order to be considered a 3.5 stars hotel.

8. I stayed in 2.5 stars hotel in Denver before going to Boulder and the room in Denver is by far bigger with better bed and bathroom.

10. That being said many things have been updated such as the rooms themselves (at least the room I stayed in located in the west wing with the exception of the bathroom) the front lobby, the restaurant and the areas directly connected to the lobby.
