The bedding was great (feather down comforter and pillows), the room was clean (checked for bedbugs), the customer service excellent (they were aware of these negative reviews), and the breakfast buffet fantastic (lots of hot, great-quality tasty foods (bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc) and great offerings of yogurt, homemade granola, fruit, pastries.

4. So first the pros:Bed in Room - In an otherwise outdated (but clean) room, there was this massive King bed with a great down comforter and pillows and comfortable linens.
