2. The room (415) was a corner room which seemed nice at first, (4 windows, nice couch, flat screen tv, lots of light) was more like posing as a suite with a kitchenette (mini fridge - not minibar - kitchen sink, microwave, kitchen cabinets) but in fact the cabinets were totally empty, we could not even find or get a regular glass.

3. Ralph actually upgraded us to suites and sent a nice fruit/muffin/wine basket to our room in celebration of our mom's birthday.

4. For a regular room rate, we ended up with a nice large suite with king bed, sitting area, kitchenette and desk.

5. We were in a corner room (with a great view of the Garden), so I know it can be difficult to make efficient use of this space, but nonetheless it was not what I was expecting to get from a suite.

8. They got all of us in quickly and when our suite wasn't ready they gave us two standard rooms so we would have plenty of room for our family to be comfortable, at no extra charge.
