3. The only down side was that the room was on the Friend Street side which was noisy at times in the early hours with people coming out of bars and waiting for taxis near the TD Garden.

6. The hotel is located directly across the street from North Station (north shore commuter rail & Amtrak from Maine & New Hampshire) and The Boston Garden (a sporting and event venue) which can be a plus or a minus depending on your needs.
