1. Embassy Suites was much better, and somewhat comprable in price, just not this trip, unfortunately.

4. We recently stayed at a Hyatt Summerfield Suites, where they have a 'quiet' policy, asking guests to be a bit quieter after 9pm while talking in their rooms or in the hallway.
