6. The parking is over priced for the area and they should think about lowering those rates a bit (although our's was comped, I am just passing along information.

7. We used to be able to park our car in their parking lot while we are on our trip for a reasonable amount of money, lately the cost has been a little too much so we take the ferry over from Quincy and leave our car there ($6/day).
