7. So wife and I, returning from Boston on a recent vacation, decided to check in our big bags early, then head off for a few hours to the nearby Hyatt Harborside--there's a free MBTA shuttle bus--to sit out by the harbor and then have a pre-flight meal.

8. Having just stayed in a hotel for two days in NYC where the staff are really not friendly and reluctant to help, it is so good to stay somewhere where the staff are friendly - from check in desk staff, to restaurant staff, to consierge, to cleaning staff.
