7. The Hyatt franchisee's decision earlier this year to fire the housekeeping staff and replace them with minimum-wage workers was depressing, and I very much regretted supporting it by staying there (But once Priceline takes the bid, you're locked in).

9. WHat is management doing at this hotel!*** It is interesting because today I am reading the paper and apparently now this hotel , along with Hyatt Cambridge & Hyatt Downtown Boston have completely recently laid off the entire housekeeping staff WITH NO NOTICE WHAT SO EVER .
