1. There were a lot of nice little touches too such as a walk to the elevator by the agent and fresh orchids in the hallways to a thoughtful turn down service.

4. The Jer Ne retaurant was closed which was a shame, but the concierge recommended Grill 23, which was excellent, and a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
