1. If you're not in the mood to explore, having lunch or dinner in the lovely 1st floor restaurant is not a fall-back strategy because it's really good food and a quiet and elegant atmosphere.

You would think they would set up transportation to another hotel, set up the reservation, pay the difference in price, and while they were on the phone with Amex comp a lunch in the lounge (yes last time a hotel had a problem with our reservation, they did solve it, but offered us lunch while they resolved it).

7. There was also included, light lunch, if you wanted it, soup, sandwiches, drinks etc, all day long there is drinks, coffee, tea etc. From 5pm there are pre-dinner nibbles, and from 8pm desserts.
