Brought my son and 5 of his friend here for 8th birthday party, not only did they make last min special touches, cookies milk and child sized robes for each of the boys, but they also upgraded our room to a suite overlooking Boston Common, sent complimentary room service, balloons and popcorn/movie.

2. If possible try to stay on club level as you have access to lounge which provides daily continental breakfast (excellent fresh fruits), light snacks in afternoon and complimentary cocktails in evening.

8. Some of the nice touches included bottled water and towels for runners returning to the hotel after a jog in the Common each morning, complimentary hot chocolate each afternoon (so great after being in the blistering cold!) and a $1 million art collection throughout the hotel.
