1. The parking fee was reasonable for the area, $20 for 24 hours but keep in mind that applies from noon to noon and be sure to get the written directions on how to get to the garage (less than 10 minute walk) because the hotel is not very good at explaining it.

2. I could not call the hotel with the required cancellation notice time - we were given only a few hours notice of flight cancellation - but the hotel refused to drop our fees even given the extra-ordinary circumstances.

5. -Even though the hotel doesn`t offer any official laundry service, the front desk staff accommodated our laundry needs by getting housekeeping to put a load on for us while we were out touring the city (for a $10 fee).
