1. Check in was a breeze, the lounge area is terrific for taking a break with a cup of coffee and as well as free wi-fi they provide two computers and a printer for guests to use without charge.

3. On our second check in, we arrived too early, but another nice young lady took our bags and was very dilligent in informing us when our room was ready.

4. It seems some rooms are noisy, so my advice is to arrive on or slightly before the check-in time to make sure you're happy with the room they give you.

5. We found the staff to be very nice and willing to assist with all the little things, like watching our luggage before the check in time and even after signing out, so that we could take in few more sights of Back bay before leaving for our flight.
