1. We originally booked a standard room, but the bed was too short, so we asked the front desk if they had another room, and they upgraded us to a queen room, free of charge.

2. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, there was tea/coffee/fresh orange availabe free of charge in the lounge 24/7 and bottled water left in the room each morning.

4. Check in was a breeze, the lounge area is terrific for taking a break with a cup of coffee and as well as free wi-fi they provide two computers and a printer for guests to use without charge.

7. com option - it takes 45-60 minutes to arrive and although you can order from several restaurants, there is a $6.75 per restaurant charge for delivery and a $10 minimum per restaurant.

The rest of the place:I appreciated not being nickeled and dimed for things like breakfast (a perfectly adequate spread of bagels, dunkin donuts, fruit, coffee juice and tea), local phone calls (I can`t beleive some chains charge for this!), high-speed internet access with printer, bottled water, etc. All were included with the room.
