Slight gripes would be: the ridiculous price of wifi and the ridiculous price for using the 'business centre' to print out a confirmation, the coffee from the in-room coffee maker was horrible, the TV switched itself on at 6am and nobody knew how to make it stop (!), the sushi at 'Sushi Teq' was not very good value, and the spa was a little arbitrary.

5. Again, Lenox is in my heart but no complaints about this place - first class and a great value for what we paid (400 prepay for a suite).

8. You can get on the trolley bus there as well its on their route , the tours are good value & ideal to hop on & off .
