9. The entire hotel is extremely clean, has a trendy modern feel & decor, plush bedding, amazing bathrooms with huge tubs & separate glass showers, has a fantastic location right on the water, provides top quality amenities, excellent room service, etc. I have ZERO complaints.

10. For a room service bill of $75 I expect them to get things like that right, but I was too jet lagged to complain and I think it was just a little bit of a hiccup as the room service breakfast was great, as I would expect for $26.
