1. Thanks to all the staff and the concierge justin for his excellant work with helping me with the best restaurants and things to do in boston and i would like to thank chris the manager for all his good work keep it up.

2. My issue with this hotel is that I had to call several times and beg the manager for a free night, which he was hesitant and I tried to argue that we really deserved more than that.

3. Also, in the past you could email the manager for a special occasion (this was my anniversary) and get a response and I mailed the manager 2 times over 2 months ahead of the trip and never got a response back which is unlike every other year.

5. I rang down to the front desk and eventually spoke to a man claiming to be the manager he offered me an upgrade the following day which I accepted, this though didn't make up for the fact that I couldn't get to sleep when I wanted to.

6. Well the manager was very helpful and checked him in after I confirmed everything but if they had called me 10 minutes later I would have been a plane and well he would have had to wait a few hours for me.
