4. The view out the window was of the offices across the street - not a problem in itself (especially on the weekend when they were empty), but would probably splurge next time for a room with a real view.
"Cosy and convenient " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/5/2011 Vote
5. We could see Sam Adams' grave from the room by looking down the street - which leads to this hotel's best feature: its location.

6. The location was also ideal, as we were centrally located and could walk to all the major tourist areas (Boston Common, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, New England Aquarium, Newbury Street) and were just a short trolley ride from Fenway Park and Cambridge.
"Beautiful Pet-Friendly Boutique Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/16/2011 Vote
7. Our room faced Tremont Street, but other than the night the Bruins won big, it was pretty quiet!and the drapes are amazingly opaque.

9. We did sleep with the window cracked open just a bit and the church bells across the street started a little too early in the morning for my liking, but really it just added to the atmosphere.

10. The old burial ground across the street provided a lovely backdrop of history and was somehow very peaceful.
