1. We booked the 'Fall into bed' package which included one night luxury queen accommodation for 2, up to 50$ in room breakfast allowance, free valet parking and 2pm checkout, which was excellant for us as we had a late evening flight out of Boston.

3. Having said this, the front desk at checkout was very accommodating (in the only way that matters, as apologies are quite useless in my opinion) but this still created unnecessary anxiety.

6. It's not a huge hotel so it never feels crowded, or there are long lines for checkout and there's also access to KO Prime steakhouse located downstairs.

7. At 1pm we received phone call from Housekeeping asking if we were going to stay another night we informed them that we had a 2pm checkout.

8. Later we realised they hadn't mentioned the breakfast allowance at checkin so we enquired on our way out, they hadtoo look this up and then give us the details, we also checked we had 2pm checkout.

9. If I am in this neighborhood again, I will definitely consider the Nine Zero (and just watch my bill at checkout).

10. Even with arranged late checkout on our final day, housekeeping insisted on visiting twice to try to make up the room before we'd left (communication seems to be a little lacking).
