1. On arrival back at our room we were greeted by a complimentary bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries along with a lovely card saying that they were sorry we had been disappointed by the other hotel in Chatham.

10. The complimentary drinks between 5pm and 6pm go down well but it was only wine, if I remember correctly it was also beer in the Argonaut - either way it's a nice way to meet fellow guests.
