1. Thomas, the lead concierge, helped us choose and reserved dinner for us at a great restaurant (with a great table to boot!) with enough time to get to the performance.

9. We travel often and found the NIne Zero's front desk and bell staff, along with the concierge service to be outstanding - the best we've experienced in any hotel in the US or abroad.
