1. I feel when you stay at a hotel they should guarantee you a place to park for free.

2. It was the first time I had to pay to park at HIX (parking is fenced and gated since it is not in the best neighborhood), this should be disclosed when reservations are made.

9. I was hoping that the hotel would allow us to park in the lot & take the shuttle, then check in when we returned since check-in wasn't until 1 or 2pm, but when I went to the front desk to ask, they found us a room that was ready & allowed us to check in early.
