1. It was the first time I had to pay to park at HIX (parking is fenced and gated since it is not in the best neighborhood), this should be disclosed when reservations are made.

3. Indeed, the football stadium is within walking distance and while the immediate neighborhood isn't terribly inviting, it's so easy to get to the touristy areas, that doesn't matter - and the price is right.
