1. It was quiet, super clean, with the new modern furniture, good selection of cable channels, lovely bed with soft sheets, full size mirror (important!), good-size working desk, etc. The bathroom is not very big but perfectly suits to a single traveler.

2. Other than that, its location is not suited for easily getting to/from the Inner Harbor and downtown.

3. Yes the linens were a bit thread bare and the room less than suite sized as advertised but all and all this is a very good choice if you are going to use a car or shuttle.
