That said, if you can live with taking a cab or their shuttle into the city, then the value is unbeatable since I found cabs to reasonable and generally around $8-$14 one way with tip included depending on the time of day with consideration of traffic (Baltimore cabs charge by time rather than mileage it appeared as meter advances when cab is i traffic or at the many lights, particularly coming back from the city).
